I was sat in a room that had a window and wood cladding like a sauna but instead of dry heat I was sat on the edge of a pool of water but this water was an extension of this sauna style box was square and deep although it was well lite. I was sat with a man I did not know but was talking to him as if I knew him well, I couldn’t make out what was said or see his face.

Then I put on a divers mask got into the pool of water in this square deep sauna style room and held my breath swam to the bottom very calmly touched the bottom and came back up, sat back on the side of the pool and continued to chat with said man, I did this several times and it felt strangely calming, but then as I went to come back up I couldn’t get out there was a wooden lid on the pool, I couldn’t breath and thought I was going to run out of air, then all of a sudden the lid was gone, I got out and the man was still sat there but said nothing.

I took my dive mask off and then felt one of my back upper teeth was wobbly, as I pulled on my tooth it came out, not all at once but in pieces, I then had a hand full of bits of tooth and lots of blood, as I removed the pieces of tooth with no signs of pain whatsoever I pulled the last piece out and the bleeding stopped, at which point I was left with a perfectly clean gap where the tooth was, no blood, no mess, no pain all the while the man is sat there saying and doing nothing.

Once the tooth had gone and was clean I woke up!

  • Tooth Dream

My gf and i officially ended things about a month ago. We have been talking still on and off but the other night we met up for “one last time” and I finally kinda feel like i can accept the break up now. As sad as I still am, it is a huge change in my life and of course for anyone, change is uncomfortable and it is scary because there is still a huge part of me that loves her. Anyways, after finally feeling this “acceptance,” I had a dream last night that I just randomly lose one of my teeth and there was blood everywhere but I didn’t really even do anything about it. I was just kinda like dang what the heck just happened… And thats kinda how i have been feeling about the relationship and the break up and all this change thats happening. Dreams are seriously so weird but cool man…

I have this same dream over and over about brushing my teeth and they come out broken and no roots, I am actually waiting for surgery to have a lot of teeth out which are broken and the roots are still in my gums, but in the dream it is the tooth not the roots, maybe it is because of this surgery I have this dream.

This is a recurring dream where all of the sudden a tooth falls out, and then the rest of my teeth follow with either one at a time or several. In my dream I can feel them in my mouth and I am spitting them out into my hands. Sometimes it never seems to stop tons and tons of them are coming out, and others my mouth is empty and I can feel my gums. There isn’t ever any blood just the teeth.

    • Sandi

I had a dream that my K9 and the one next to it just sort of fell out when I touched them and when I took them to the dentist to see what they could do they told me that I actually had molars instead of a K9 and a tooth that wouldn’t normally be a K9. It felt so real. In the dream, when I ran my tongue over the area I could feel the blood and the empty space. So odd.

I’ve had alot of these dreams. They are the worst and they feel so bloody real >.<

Usually I'll just be having a random 'normal' dream, and then all of a sudden I'll put my finger against my tooth and it wobbles really badly. Then it will gradually come loose and I'll attempt everything to stick it back in, including glue and other random dream objects I can find.
And then eventually I give up and I will pull it out myself; sometimes they just fall out easily and other times I've got as many fingers as I can get in my mouth trying to yank it out. And then my back molars start to just fall out and it's horrific for me.

    • Xela

So far, your dreams relate to me the most… I feel ive gotten use to it because now I just put my back molars back in and move on.

  • Michelle

I’m 16. I do have depression and anxiety and almost always have… And I’ve also almost always had the teeth falling out dream. As a kid it was usually one or two loose or falling out teeth, but now its very intense. I just woke up, its like 3 am. Its always so vivid and realistic. Not a trippy dream, a dream you think is real. More than half my teeth were falling out; not painfully or with blood, but like, as if they weren’t attached to begin with, as if my teeth in my mouth turned to baby teeth that I had just shoved in holes in my gums, like you could with a baby tooth you just lost. Many were smaller than supposed to be because they were rotting, and there were more teeth than there are supposed to be. They were so realistic. I started losing them in the car, so I just struggled putting them back in. In the dream, my dream and reality history were put together. I remember in the dream it was like “oh this happens a lot, you just have to put them all back in, not lose any, and eventually they stick again.” I got home and was in the bathroom mirror, with all my teeth with dry blood and some cracked into pieces all over. I remember even accidentally grinding the teeth together when moving my jaw, the realistic and horrifying grinding crunch. In the dream I dropped one tooth in the drain and nearly had a heart attack, but managed to pull it out of the drain. And I even remember I was going to google “what to do when your teeth are falling out”! Then I woke up, and for the thousandth time to my relief and to my anger, it was just that dream again. I have a lot of anxiety… I should see a therapist… But its kind of hard to do that when you have anxiety about things like that too.
