so this morning i had a dream where my teeth were falling out 1 by 1, to the point where my entire top except the 4 teeth to the front, along with about 6 missing from below. also in my dream i can recall my dead grandmother was trying to assist me with making false teeth for me to put back in. but before she was able to help, i felt my 2 bottom teeth coming out and when i took them out, i looked at it in my hand, it looked like 1 big tooth and part of my gum. but then my tooth just spinned around several times quickly for a second and stopped but the tooth was backwards with the number 3 engraved within the tooth. anyone have any idea what this could mean?

I am so concerned right now as I had not had a teeth dream for a few years and I have had a couple in the space of a few months. A couple of weeks ago I had the most disturbing teeth dream ever. I dreamed I had gone to the dentist to have a tooth removed and I woke up with all of my teeth missing and my brain scull was loose and removable along with my teeth and jaw and I was desperately trying to put it together! It was almost like a reality Si Fi!!!! It has been haunting! This time I don’t feel like it someone else, but me!!
